ReDefine Digital, LLC (“ReDefine Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This statement explains what personal information we collect through redefinedigitalllc.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect two kinds of information:
- Information you give us directly: if you use the contact form on this Site, sign up for our newsletter, or email, call, or message us using the contact details on the Site, we receive whatever you choose to share — typically your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.
- Information collected automatically: like most websites, we use analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking, and Jetpack Stats) to understand site traffic and measure whether our advertising is working. See our Cookie Policy for the full, itemized list of what’s used. This data is aggregate and tied to your browser/device, not your name, unless you separately identify yourself to us.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about our services;
- To send you our newsletter, if you’ve subscribed — only after you’ve confirmed your subscription through a confirmation email (double opt-in);
- To understand how visitors use the Site and improve it;
- To measure the performance of our advertising (for example, whether someone who clicked an ad later visited our Contact page);
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Who we share information with
We share information with the service providers that help us operate this Site and communicate with you, strictly to operate those tools:
- Google (Analytics and Ads) and Automattic/WordPress.com (site hosting and Jetpack Stats) — see our Cookie Policy for details.
- Smartsheet — if you submit the contact form on this Site, your name, email, phone number, and message are sent directly to Smartsheet, where they’re stored in a private spreadsheet only Christina can access, so she can review and respond to you. See Smartsheet’s Privacy Policy.
- Brevo — if you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is sent to Brevo, the email service we use to send newsletters and manage the subscriber list, including the double opt-in confirmation email. See Brevo’s Privacy Policy.
We don’t provide these providers with more information than what you’ve directly submitted through the relevant form.
Data retention
We keep contact-form submissions and direct correspondence (emails, call notes) for as long as reasonably necessary for business and legal purposes, then delete them. Newsletter subscriber data is retained in Brevo until you unsubscribe (a link is included in every email) or ask us to remove it. Analytics data is retained according to each provider’s own default settings (Google Analytics 4’s standard retention period; Jetpack Stats’ standard retention period) unless we’ve configured otherwise.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email christina.m.dion@outlook.com and we’ll respond as required by applicable law.
Children’s privacy
This Site is intended for a professional business audience and is not directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction).
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including site-security tooling on the Site itself. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this statement
We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the most recent revision.
